In case of an untimely death (akala mrytu) what will happen to that part of the karma that was yet to be experienced?

Result of any karma has to be experienced. This is unavoidable. If the karma is not completely experienced in one birth, then one has to take another birth to complete it.

Untimely death can only prolong the process of ultimately merging into God. That’s all. It cannot dissolve the karma. This is true even for desires. Every desire that one has needs to be fulfilled, even if it means taking another birth. That is why it is important to have supreme desires only at all times.
