Of course, anyone who bathes in River Ganga gets purified!

You would have seen the Kumbhamela festivities held for the River. Millions of people across various walks of life bathe in the river during that period. Many non-Hindus also bathe. Any human being who takes bathe in Ganga at Triveni Sangama at Prayag (Allahabad) during Kumbha mela gets liberation.
