Mouna or maintaining absolute mental silence is the easiest way!

Why are you struggling about liberation? You must worry about completion of your duties. Complete your duties in the right stipulated manner. You can go through your experiences with the understanding of the meaning. That itself is liberation. Finish all duties pertaining to this body. Due to your past actions you created duties for yourself. Now you have to close it yourself.

A saint has no wife, no children and hence he does not create newer karma. You are thinking too much. You are always asking boons from the Lord. You have created desires/ wishes. Daily you are asking new boons. As such your karma balance tends to increase. If you stop asking/ craving, then your balance of karma remains at the same level. By seeking more desires, by asking boons your karma balance is growing. It is now in your hand to stop this karma balance. If there is no karma balance in your account then automatically you get liberation.

Therefore my suggestion to you is to concentrate on closing your karma balance. Stop creating new desires. This is enough. There is no exclusive necessity to focus on getting liberation.
