Yes, you should continue your Sadhana.
You could choose any one method best suited to you- it could be meditation or bhajan or some puja or helping the needy sections of the society. Select any path and continue. Helping the needy is also sadhana. Puja is also sadhana. Chanting Guru’s name or singing bhajans or following Swamiji is also sadhana. Sitting silently and meditating is also sadhana. Observing mouna is also sadhana. Among them chose any one. That is your sadhana.
