If you want extra energy, then pray to Him night and day. Think only of Him at all times without allowing your mind to deviate. In return, He too will shower you with positive energy all 24 hours.

But, during the day there are times when you are angry or are sleeping, etc. All these are waste of energy. During these times, you are not focussing on Him and obtaining energy. How can you demand energy for 24 hours when you pray to Him only during tiny slots?

The more you spend time in God-awareness, the more energy you obtain from Him. It is therefore dependent only on you.
