First the child should know the meaning of taking initiation. If the child understands and truly seeks, then I shall give. Only when there is hunger a person understands the value of food. He appreciates it. Only then he asks for food. Likewise, we should understand the significance of taking mantra initiation from Sadguru and the purpose behind it. We should understand the eligibility requirements for it.

Not all children are initiated into mantra. Only those children who specifically crave for it will be given initiation.
