Buddimān neetimān vāgmi sreemān śatrunibarhaṇaḥVipulāmso mahābāhuḥ kambugrīvo mahāhanuḥMeaning- Rama is intelligent and wise, is virtuous, and is of high moral conduct, speaks only good and well-meaning words at all times (vaagmi), is prosperous, he destroys all enemies, has a raised nape, possesses beautiful conch-like voice, has fine cheeks the upper portion of which is raised.
Mahorasko maheṣvāso gūḍhajatru rarindamaḥājānubāhu ssuśirāh sulalāṭa ssuvikramaḥMeaning- Rama has a broad and strong chest.
Sama ssamavibhaktāṇgah snighdavarṇaḥ pratāpavānPeenavakṣa visālākṣo laksmivān subhalakṣaṣaḥ.Meaning- He is neither too tall nor too short- He is of optimal height.
Dharmajña satyasandhaśca prajānām ca hite rataḥYaśasvī jñānasampannaḥ sucirvaśya-ssamādhimān.Meaning- He has complete knowledge of righteousness and is eternally truthful.
Prajāpati sama śrimān dhāta ripu niṣūdhanaḥRakṣita jeevalokasya dharmasya parirakṣitāMeaning- Rama is equal to the creator, Lord Brahma.
Rakṣitā svasya dharmasya svajanasya ca rakṣitā.Veda vedāṇga tattvajño dhanurvede ca niṣṭhitaḥ.
Sarvaśāstrārtha tattvajñah smŗtimān pratibhānavānSarvalokapriya ssādhuh adīnātmā vicakṣanaḥMeaning- Sri Rama is a master in all various arts.
Sarvadābhigata ssadbhiḥ samudra iva sindhubhiḥārya ssarvasama ścaiva sadaiva priyadarśanaḥ.Meaning- Just as an ocean eternally associates with all rivers, Sri Rama always associates with pious, virtuous people.
