Fourth Canto Chapter One In this Canto, which consists of 31 chapters, the Visarga creation done through the medium of Brahma, Manu and others, under the directions of the Supreme Lord, is covered.
Pranāyāma fuelled the flames. The three worlds trembled due to the intensity of these flames.
Adokshajāya namah. Uthatya and Brihaspati were the sons of Shraddha and Maharishi Angirasa.
Nārasimhaya namah Brahma and other Devatas extolled Nara and Nārayana,
Achutāya namah Vidura enquired, “Shiva is the father for all animate and inanimate objects in this creation.
Achyutāya Namah Nandi continued, “Due to love for his body, Daksha considers his body to be the Self (atma).
Achyutāya namah Satidevi continued, “O embodiment of auspiciousness! O Shiva! From a very long time, I have been longing to meet all my relatives.
Achyutāya namah Here Shiva is preaching Supreme Essence to his wife.
Sati addressed her father and said, “Within every living being in this creation, it is Śiva who remains as the Self.
